I phoned Legacy as I was having trouble ordering on line. I spoke to Darren who advised me that due to recent high demand he couldn't supply what I was after .. he spent time with me pointing out options and then found that they had one headset left which had been a cancellation. This was dispatched very quickly and arrived a couple of days later. I then found it wasn't suitable (no 3.5mm option) so I phoned him back. He apologised and said he had nothing else in stock so would refund me and I could keep the headset in case I found a use for it. Five minutes later he called back as they had just had a Plantronics delivery including headsets with a 3.5mm plug. He arranged for one to be dispatched and it arrived 2 days later (he emailed me explaining that the day's dispatch had already gone) and I then returned the other headset. This company deals in orders of hundreds. I wanted ONE headset so my other half could work from home. I place a great deal of value on customer service and this was absolutely superb! I cannot rate this highly enough. Headset's good too.
