The scheme allows you to exchange any faulty headsets, whatever model, brand or condition from our range of wired headsets. All headsets supplied are new and are covered by our warranty period.
Please note if you are looking to exchange the headset only, the IPSUM, Unity and Xenexx are compatible with Plantronics headsets and leads, other brands may require the purchase of a Quick Disconnect Lead or sometimes referred to as a QD Lead. Legacy also offer a range of Headset Accessories to complement any office or contact centre environment.
