The clearing period for telecoms & IT managers can mean additional equipment is required. As this is only for a relatively short period Legacy Telecom have come up with a few cost saving ideas to be prepared in advance.
- Plan well in advance: check you have enough phones, headsets etc.
- If the items are in storage perhaps they need hygienically cleaning, Legacy can replace consumables and clean both telephones and headsets.
- We can repair faulty devices - which is far more cost effective than replacing.
- Alternatively, replace faulty headsets for new via the Headset Exchange Scheme
