It's important that our endpoint selection is correct and rolling out the wrong headset can have a negative impact for users, USB headsets designed for gaming or occasional use will not offer the true UC experience. If you've previously invested in quality headsets for your traditional comms then you can continue to use these with our USB Adaptor.

Headset Repair Service
The Headset Repair Service allows faulty headsets to be brought back into service from as little as £18 for wired and £35 for wireless, plus we give a further 6 month additional warranty, all consumables are replaced with new plus the repaired units are hygienically cleaned with industry standard cleaning products.
Headset Exchange Scheme
The scheme allows you to exchange any faulty headsets, whatever model, brand or condition from our range of wired headsets. All headsets supplied are new and are covered by our warranty period.
